PERSONNALISER · ACCESSIBILITY

Luxury should neverdepend on unnecessary barriers.

Our approach to a clearer, more usable digital experience — with a direct channel for accessibility feedback.

APPROACHInclusive by designCONTACTsupport@personnaliser.qa

01 · ACCESSIBILITY

Designed to be usable, not merely beautiful.

Personnaliser aims to make its digital experiences clear, perceivable and practical for as many people as reasonably possible. Accessibility is treated as part of product quality rather than a visual afterthought.

We consider accessibility alongside typography, interaction, responsive layout, language direction, content structure and motion.

02 · THE WEBSITE

Practical measures in the web experience.

01

Structure

Semantic headings, descriptive page titles and meaningful content order support navigation and assistive technologies.

02

Keyboard

Visible keyboard focus and skip-to-content links are provided on primary information pages.

03

Motion

The website respects reduced-motion preferences so decorative movement can be minimized where supported.

04

Languages

Dedicated English and Arabic pages preserve language metadata and right-to-left reading direction.

03 · CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Accessibility is an ongoing product responsibility.

Digital products, browsers, devices and assistive technologies change over time. We therefore do not present accessibility as a one-time certification or claim that every experience will be barrier-free in every configuration.

When a meaningful accessibility issue is identified, we aim to understand it and improve the affected experience within the practical and technical constraints of the service.

04 · FEEDBACK

Tell us where the experience gets in the way.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Personnaliser website or in a customer-facing flow, email support@personnaliser.qa.

Please include the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, and—if you are comfortable sharing it—the device, browser or assistive technology you were using. Do not include passwords, one-time codes or payment-card details.
