01 · AGREEMENT
The terms of the experience.
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Personnaliser iOS app, this website and related shopping and support services. By creating an account, placing an order or using the services, you agree to these terms together with any order-specific terms shown before purchase.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
02 · ACCOUNTS
Your account, your responsibility.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials and promptly telling us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must not use another person’s account or attempt to bypass authentication or security controls.
03 · PRODUCTS
Presentation, provenance and product claims.
We aim to present products accurately and with appropriate information. Color and appearance can vary by screen, photography and lighting. Availability may change before an order is confirmed.
Where a product is described as authentic, branded, new, pre-owned, limited, customized or otherwise carrying a particular material characteristic, that description forms part of the product information presented for the transaction.
Third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on Personnaliser does not by itself imply sponsorship or affiliation.
04 · ORDERS & PAYMENT
A clear path to confirmation.
Prices, delivery charges and available payment methods are shown in the ordering flow before the order is placed. An order is subject to acceptance, successful payment authorization where applicable, availability and any required verification.
If an obvious pricing, stock or technical error affects an order, we may contact you to correct the issue or cancel and refund the affected amount as appropriate.
05 · DELIVERY
From confirmation to arrival.
Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays can occur because of address issues, carrier operations, customs, force majeure or other circumstances outside reasonable control. Where a material delay occurs, we will handle the order in accordance with the applicable terms and mandatory consumer protections.
06 · CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Luxury does not override consumer law.
Cancellation, return or exchange eligibility may depend on the product, its condition, whether it was customized or otherwise excluded by law, and the stage of fulfilment. Any product-specific restrictions must be read together with the mandatory rights granted by applicable law.
Where goods are defective, materially misdescribed, incorrectly supplied, or where applicable law grants a cancellation or refund right, Personnaliser will not use a “final sale” label to remove a right that cannot legally be waived.
07 · ACCEPTABLE USE
Use the service as intended.
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, scrape or copy protected content at scale, attempt unauthorized access, commit fraud, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use the platform in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
08 · INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The experience is protected too.
The Personnaliser name, original interface, website design, software, copy, graphics and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Except where permitted by law, they may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without authorization.
Product photographs, logos and trademarks belonging to third parties remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.
09 · RESPONSIBILITY
Reasonable boundaries.
We are responsible for obligations imposed on us by applicable law and for commitments we expressly make in connection with an accepted order. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for interruptions caused by events outside reasonable control.
These terms do not limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
10 · LAW & CONTACT
Qatar, with mandatory rights preserved.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Qatar, without excluding any mandatory consumer protection or jurisdictional rights that apply to the customer.
We may update these terms when the service, operating model or legal requirements change. The current version is published here.
